Putting on compression socks may seem a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice, you'll find it becomes a simple and quick process.
Start by taking your compression sock and turning it inside out, stopping just before you reach the heel. This will make it easier to slide your foot in.
Take your hand and slide it into the sock. Make sure to reach down to the heel area. This is where you'll be guiding your foot into the sock.
Once your hand is inside, pinch the heel of the sock between your fingers. This will help create a little pocket for your heel to fit into.

Now, pull the entire sock over your foot. Make sure to keep the heel pocket in place as you do this. Your heel should slide right into the pocket you created.
After your heel is in place, gently pull the sock over your foot. Make sure it fits snugly but comfortably. You want to ensure that the compression is effective without being too tight.
Next, grab the rest of the sock and pull it up over your heel. This will help secure the sock in place and ensure that it stays put throughout the day.
